We are happy to accept returns within 14 days, where the wrong item has been ordered or you simply want to return or exchange, Orders cut to bespoke size unfortunately cannot be refunded, Please return with your packing slip or email us before hand. We highly recommend return is via a tracked service, once received we will process your refund minus our postage costs.
